The Firm:
The Partnership was registered as a firm of legal and ancillary services provider in 2005. Though relatively new as a Law Firm, the Senior Partners, Associates , Senior Counsel, Consultants and Specialists are not new in the industry as they have had varied and valuable experience having been involved in the noble profession for a combined period of well over 100 years with some international experience and admission to the bar in other jurisdictions.The Firm is formed to engage in Commercial Law Practice, dealing in particular with matters relating to, Oil and Gas Law, Banking and Investments, Debt Recovery, Corporate Secretaries, Conveyancing and Property Law, Insurance, Telecoms Law, Construction Law, Arbitration and ADR, Patents, Copyrights and Trade Marks, and other Company Law matters. We are also involved in Immigration and Nationality matters which includes consultancy in obtaining visas, entry clearance, appeals against refusals, expatriate quotas, work and resident permits for foreign nationals in Nigeria and in liaison with partners and other affiliated Practitioners admitted in USA, and the UK, Immigration and Nationality Consultancy Services in those two jurisdictions.
Individually and collectively, members of the Firm are at present serving as Solicitors to a number of Clients in the finance, oil & gas, Communications manufacturing, and construction sectors. In Chambers are astute Legal Practitioners and part-time Legal Consultants including renowned academics.
International Affiliation:
Through the Managing Partner who is admitted as an Attorney and Counselor-At -Law of the State of New York, the firm is developing broad and strategic alliances with keenly identified Law Firms in a number of countries with particular emphasis on United States, UK., other EU countries, and South Africa. This synergy is designed to position us to serve our Clients in whatever jurisdiction they or their businesses may be located. Because the alliances are with top quality experts, the client will receive, at all times quality, timely and efficient service.
Case Management System:
We are a relatively modest but forward looking firm hoping to be big enough to deal with a variety of legal problems at the same time but not too big that the client may lose individual attention that it deserves: Consequently, at all times, a Lawyer will be responsible to the Client, understanding the client’s needs and making sure that work is done efficiently and effectively.
In order to ensure maximum supervision of Clients’ briefs, each file will be treated through Partner-led teams with at least one Partner at the centre of every matter concerning the Client. In this way, expertise that the matter and the Client’s needs require is brought into the work.
Our case management techniques are guided by the following principles:
Providing quality legal service in the most meaningful, practical, timely and economic way
Giving priority to assisting Clients to achieve their ultimate goals
Sifting through “legal cobwebs” to get straight to Client’s problems and find solutions to them
